Abstract

1326565 Mixing apparatus NATIONAL RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT CORP 7 Sept 1971 [12 June 1970] 28458/70 Heading B1C Apparatus for mixing granular materials comprises a hopper 11, 13, 14 having a rectangular outlet 21, a first set 25 of deflecting fingers in inverted Y-shaped pairs, and a second similar set 27 of deflecting fingers at rightangles to the first set. There may be a third set of fingers 32 (see also Fig. 1, not shown) inclining inwardly from the walls and interdigitating with fingers 27. There may be additional sets of fingers and the sets while being mutually transverse need not be at right-angles.
