1323957 Degassing liquid LEYBOLD-HERAEUS-VERWALTUNG GmbH 29 April 1971 [29 April 1970] 12285/71 Heading B1M In a two stage vacuum degassing process, liquid from the first stage passes along line 61 and is heated at 8 before passing to the second stage. Released vapour and vapourised liquid from the second stage, passes through chimney 51 to the first stage, where the vapourised liquid condenses on contacting the liquid spray from 3, and released vapours from both the stages are then removed by pump 12.
