Abstract

1323538 Mixing apparatus APAW SA 25 Jan 1972 [26 Jan 1971] 3490/72 Heading B1C [Also in Division F2] An ice-cream machine has a rotatable container 1 with a rotatable helical scraper 4 journalled in a bearing 7 resiliently mounted in a bearing mounting 5 by a resilient member such as a sleeve or rings 9, 10. The mounting 5 is eccentric and can be rotated to adjust the clearance between the scraper 4 and the container well while the resilient member allows the scraper to accommodate irregularities.
