Abstract

1306644 Copying apparatus PENTACON DRESDEN KAMERA-UND KINOWERKE VEB 20 May 1971 16073/71 Heading G2A An original 7 to be copied is placed on an exposure platform 9, and a flexible contact pressure device 8 is pulled off a roller 10, a sufficient amount to just cover the original 7. The roller 10 is then locked by a pawl 15 and wheel 11. As the roller 10 is rotated by pulling off the device 8, a switch 18 simultaneously rotated relative to a cam 20. Copying material (2), Fig.1 (not shown) is then transported by rollers (4) until the cam 20, also driven by the rollers (4) contacts the switch 18. This stops the drive to the rollers (4) and operates a cutter (5), which thus cuts off a length of material (2) corresponding to the length of the original 7.
