1299025 Looms; automatically stopping SINGER CO 19 April 1971 [13 Feb 1970] 20029/71 Heading D1E A loom with a shipper handle 10 and a solenoid operated knock-off mechanism 13, wherein a stop motion connects rods 14, 15 so that a cam 12 may knock off the handle 10 at a given point in the loom cycle, has an electronic circuit controlling the solenoid 16 so that, after knock off, the solenoid is reenergised ready for restarting without the necessity of manually switching the circuit Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1209728.
