1298489 Stirring devices T A HAYWARD 25 May 1971 [7 Dec 1970] 57968/70 Heading B1C A stirring device for paints and like liquids comprises a length of rigid or substantially rigid, elongate material formed into a loop I and a portion having a handle-forming sleeve 3 of synthetic plastics material moulded thereon. The elongate material may be a single length of metallic wire, e.g. malleable stainless steel wire, possessing sufficient malleability to enable it to be shaped readily and sufficient rigidity to ensure that the final configuration would be stable. The device may have a loop 1, 2 at both ends, and the or each loop may have a curved configuration or a configuration, e.g. a triangular form, having at least one sharp corner or point.
