Abstract

1296001 Rolled sheet dispenser BORDEN Inc 28 May 1971 [25 June 1970] 17788/71 Heading A4G A container dispensing rolled sheet comprises a rectangular box 10 holding the roll and provided with a lid 22 and dispensing slot 30, the front wall 16 being lower than the side walls 12, 14 and carrying a cutter blade protuding above wall edge 16a and the front top of the lid when closed, but below the top edges of the side walls. The blade may be secured to the front wall or be formed at 50, on the front wall 40 of a roll corner having side walls 42, 44 having opening through which roll bearers 46, 48 are passed. The top edges of the sides 42, 44 slope downwards forwardly to support the front of the closed lid below the tops of side walls 12, 14. During transportation, a filler piece is disposed between the side walls and the top of the lid. Lid openings 56, 58 facilitate grasping this plastic sheet.
