Abstract

1295999 Pads; brushes ALLSTAR VERBRAUCHSGUTER GmbH & Co KG 19 April 1971 [27 Feb 1970] 24325/71 Headings A4F, A4K A double-sided brush comprises a frame and handle consisting of two half-shells, each comprising a frame half formed integral with a handle half, and, inserted in each frame half 2a or 2b, a base plate 11, the outer face of which is covered with a flexible brushing element 3 or 3' Fig.4, (not shown), the margin of which is clamped between the peripheral edge 12 of the base plate 11 and a portion of the frame half 2a or 2b. Each brushing element is clamped between teeth 10 and 13 on the frame half and base plate, respectively. The half shells may be of plastics material or metal and are assembled together by the engagement of pins in recesses. Each brushing element may have bristles, which may be inclined, or a velvet surface.
