Abstract
1295995 Rack wiring arrangements; cable SIEMENS AG 19 April 1971 [24 March 1970] 22194/71 Headings H1A and H1R Circuit cable 4 for wiring together units of rack-mounted electronic component assemblies 3 has matching and amplifying elements 7 (Fig. 2) interposed between the circuit cable and the wiring units, some of the wires of the circuit cable being earthed on the amplifier support at 8, the amplifier support being mountable within the rack and pluggable to a connecting strip 2 which supplies the component assemblies. The assemblies may be interconnected by wires 6 and strips 2, Fig. 1. The circuit cable, Fig. 3, has wires collected into bunches 9 and arranged so that wires of opposite signal direction are disposed on either side of a group of interlaying wires 8, the greater number of which are earthed. Some of the wires in the opposed groups may also be earthed.
