1294953 P.V.C. insulating compositions KABEL - UND METALLWERKE GUTEHOFFNUNGSHUTTE AG 18 Feb 1970 [22 Feb 1969] 7797/70 Heading C3P Cable insulation made from a halogen-containing resin contains one or more compounds which are basic and volatile at the decomposition temperature of the resin or which themselves decompose yielding volatile basic substances. Exemplified materials are diammonium phosphate, o-tolyl biguanidine, and hexamethylene tetramine. They are used in P.V.C. compositions in combination with phthalate and phosphate plasticizers, chalk and a stabilizer.
