Abstract
1287709 Converting hydrocarbons FRIEDRICH UHDE GmbH 19 April 1971 [2 April 1970] 26017/71 Heading C5E The reaction tower described in Specification 1,208,906 has a ring-shaped perforated catalyst support arch 20 of the shape shown in Fig. 2 (which is a cut-away view) at its base, supports 18, 19 for the arch 20 surrounding the axial tube (2) which extends the length of the tower and the space below the support communicating with a gas port (5), see Fig. 1, (not shown). The part 18 may be a solid wall or separate pillars or arches.
