Abstract

1285233 Web-support reels SERASI SPRL 24 March 1970 [24 March 1969] 14214/70 Heading B8R A reel for supporting material 5, e.g. plush fabric, in a roll with spaced convolutions comprises two end units 1 mounted on and spaced apart by an axial tube 2. The outer face of each end unit may be provided with strengthening ribs and the units may be circular or polygonal in shape. An outer cover 6 and carrying handles 17 may be provided. The edges of the material are fastened by clips 4 to the inside faces of the end units, which faces may be slightly convex. Each end unit may be provided with a covered inspection aperture.
