Abstract

1285185 Structural toys I G LOMAS and P J HOPKINSON 14 May 1970 [16 May 1969] 25085/69 Heading A6S A structural toy comprises a number of complementary units including struts 1 of rectangular section with protruding pegs 2 and through holes 3, at least two different type of joining plates of triangular formation furnished with holes 5 complementary to the pegs 2, and bolts 10 for bolting plates and struts together through selected aligned holes when the plates have been located on the pegs. The triangular plates may have a V-shaped notch 6 formed to remove their right angled corner or notches formed in their longest edges to receive a rectangular section strut, and wheel unit (12). Fig. 7 (not shown), may be used to build-up a wheelbarrow, &c.
