1,273,711. Transfer sheets. V. BAROUH. 4 Jan., 1971, No. 269/71. Heading D2B. A transfer sheet for masking typing errors consists of a paper backing sheet with a coating containing a pigment with 75 parts titanium dioxide, 25 parts magnesium silicate, and ¢-1% by weight of the coating of aluminium or bronze. The coating consists of 96 parts of pigment and 4 parts of a vinyl chloridevinyl acetate co-polymer. The pigment and binder may be applied to the paper in a solution containing 58.1% solids and 41.9% solvent, which is preferably equal parts of methylethyl-ketone and toluene. The paper backing is a sulphite paper.
