1,267,051. Fluid-pressure servomotor systems; fluidic devices. LIEBHERR-AEROTECHNIK G.m.b.H. April 15, 1969 [Dec. 11, 1968 No. 19101/69. Headings G3H and G3P. Jet splitter 18 is movable to proportion the flow into conduits 32, 33 and thereby produce corresponding movements of servomotor 23. The splitter can move either linearly or pivotally as indicated by arrows 4, 5 and 7 in Fig. 1 (not shown), and it can have either a pair of bores or external grooves inclined to form the splitting edge. In a modification Fig. 3 (not shown) pilot valve 21 is dispensed with, and the conduits are connected directly to the servomotor cylinder.
