Abstract

In a prompting device for use in a closed circuit television prompting system, a monitor including its associated EHT generator is mounted on the front of a T.V. or cine-camera 2 and the supply transformer 3 of the prompting device is mounted separately therefrom. Fig.1 shows an arrangement wherein the supply transformer 3 is supported from the pannning handles of the camera as a counterweight to the monitor such that a performer may simultaneously be viewed by the balanced camera and receive information from the monitor. Fig.3 (not shown) illustrates an embodiment where the supply transformer is mounted on the non-rotatable base of the camera and a counterweight is employed at 3 to balance the monitor.
