[Also in Division F1] In a system for controlling air bleeds from a turbojet compressor in proportion to the pressure ratio across the compressor, the discharge pressure is applied upstream of orifice 10 and the inlet pressure is applied to bellows 16 to vary orifice 11 via flapper 15. With supersonic flows through the orifices, the pressure at 12 varies in direct proportion to the ratio of the discharge and inlet pressures. Evacuated bellows 17 compensates atmospheric pressure variations.
