1,265,088. Article carriers. FLOWOOD INDUSTRIES Ltd. Dec. 8, 1969 [Sept. 23, 1969], No.59749/69. Heading A4G. An article carrier, e. g for books, comprises a sheet of flexible material including a central area 11 and a plurality of flaps 12-15 extending outwardly from the central area, the flaps being provided with releasably inter-engageable means 25-28 whereby the flaps may be folded over the central area and temporarily secured to one another to retain articles placed on the central area. The interengageable means may be closely spaced snap fasteners, pressure sensitive adhesive or preferably material having inter-engageable hooks and loops such as the material known under the Registered Trade Mark "Velcro".
