Compounds of the formula where R denotes an imidazol-1-yl, 1,2,4-triazol- 1-yl or 1, 2, 3-triazol-1-yl radical which may be substituted by one or more alkyl radicals of 1-6 carbon atoms, aryl radicals, halogen atoms or nitro groups, X is H, OH, halogen, nitro, CN, amino, dialkylamino, haloalkyl, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxyl, alkylmercapto, alkylsulphoxy or alkylsulphonyl, m, n and o are 1 or 2, are prepared by reacting compounds of the formula R-Si(CH 3 ) 3 and where Hal is Cl, Br or I in an anhydrous organic solvent at - 20‹ to + 20‹ C.
