1,243,513. Mounting semi-conductors. LA TELEMECANIQUE ELECTRIQUE. 13 Aug., 1968 [8 Sept., 1967], No. 38748/68. Heading H1K. [Also in Divisions H2, H3] The Specification describes a mounting arrangement for a main controlled rectifier T1, an auxiliary controlled rectifier T3, a non- controlled rectifier D, an inductor a and a capacitor C for a commutating circuit (Fig. 5, not shown) (see Division H3). The inductor may be formed from a few turns of connecting conductors a, b. A diode D, main thyristor T1 and discharge diode Dd of a motor (M) may be mounted in a radiating block R and the auxiliary thyristor T3 is mounted in a further radiating block r.
