Abstract
1,225,170. Moulding fibre-resin articles. FORMWOOD Ltd. 15 Aug., 1968 [29 Aug., 1967], No. 39035/68. Heading B5A. Fibre-resin articles are made by cold-pressing component parts of the article and then assembling the parts under heat and pressure. In the embodiment shown in the Figure, parts 1-10, cold pressed from a non-flowing mixture of wood chips and a heat setting binder, are assembled in a multi-part heated press mould 12, 13, and pressed to form a television cabinet.
