Grab-forks.-The prongs c of a fork for lifting manure &c. are pivotally mounted in a ring a and are connected by series of chains g, j to rings h, k respectively, the former of which permits the passage therethrough of the latter. The rings h, k are connected to separate hoisting-cables which. when actuated separately, cause either the opening or closing of the grab. The chains g may be replaced by springs.
