Abstract
1,217,128. Fluid bi-stable units. BENDIX CORP. 12 March, 1969 [3 April, 1968], No. 12931/69. Heading G4P. To reduce the control jet pressure necessary to switch a power jet from wall 26 to wall 28, or vice versa, the regions 48, 50, in which negative pressure is formed when the jet attaches to the respective wall, are connected to a region of higher pressure so that the negative pressure tends towards the higher. The regions 48, 50 may be connected to each other by duct 52, or to ambient atmosphere.
