An eye-drop bottle 1 has a spacer means 8-11 mounted on the lid 3, said spacer means projecting beyond the end of the nozzle 5 and being adapted for abutment about the application place, suitably by providing an inclined surface 9a. A removable protection cap 6-7 projecting out of the spacer means may also be included. The drop bottle is provided with rigid walls and an elastic base 2.
