Abstract

1,207,503. Combing machines. MORLEY BROS. (HUDDERSFIELD) Ltd. 10 May, 1968 [17 Feb., 1967], No. 7570/67. Heading DIN. Nails are collected from combing machines by pipes 10 subjected to vacuum from a fan 24 in a main duct 12 and separated out by a rotatable perforated disc 30 into a casing 28. A flexible wiper blade engages the face of the disc outside the casing 28 to dislodge the nails into a suitable container.
