The subject matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that in Specification 1,205,612, but the claims are concerned with the cold water receiving receptacle 15 being pivotally mounted in the heater cabinet 20 for selective swinging movement from a position within the cabinet to a position in which at least a portion is outside the cabinet.
