Abstract

1,201,921. Moulds. NATIONAL RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT CORP. 4 Jan., 1968 [6 Jan., 1967], No. 1016/67. Heading B5A. A mould for making stabs, preferably of concrete, comprises a base and at least one slide member with a profile for sloping the edge of the article, the sides being slidable along their length to disengage them from the cast article. As shown, the mould comprises a base 1, fixed side members 2 and 3, sliding mould sides 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 and corner members 4. The mould sides can be slid through the gaps between the fixed side members and the corner members, the profiling grooves in the mould sides engaging with guides 12 attached to these members.
