Abstract
1,200,846. Cases. G. S. IKLEHEIMER. 11 April, 1968, No. 17667/68. Heading B8P. A carrying case is lined with shock-preventing material 2, the material around the insides of the walls having slits 3 into which may be slidden the ends 12 of partitions 4, 6, 8, 9 to provide compartments of any desired size. The partitions 4 &c. each comprise a support, e.g. of wood, metal or plastics, covered with shock-preventing material 2 having slits 5 &c. which may similarly receive the ends 12 of other partitions. The shock-preventing material 2 may be foamed rubber or plastics, or of paper construction &c. The partitions may be made in lengths with transverse lines of weakness so that sections of any desired length may be broken off, Figs. 4, 5 (not shown). The spacings of the slits 3, 5 &c. may be non-uniform.
