A package carrier comprises an angle member 12 provided with fixed-axis wheels 22 and a member 25 secured by a stirrup 26 and bolts, the threaded end 29 of which engages a multipart or telescopic handle 13 or 13<SP>1</SP>. A resilient strap 14 is releasably secured at its ends to the wheel brackets 18 and a bight 38 engages over the handle 13, 13<SP>1</SP> to retain the package in position, further tightening being effected by sliding the loop 37 towards the member 12.
