1,197,818. Feeding sheets; roller conveyers. INTERNATIONAL COMPUTERS Ltd. 8 Jan., 1969 [22 March, 1968], No. 13952/68. Headings B8A and B8R. In a document feeding apparatus a document 18 is forwarded between rollers 3 and 4, the roller 3 comprising an annulus 12 of resilient deformable material supported on one end face only by a rigid member 17. The arrangement causes a deformation of the annulus, when a document is present between the rollers, such that the document is aligned with side guide 19. During transport the document is supported between a bed 1 and guides 5.
