Abstract

1,191,828. Knitting machines. FRANZ MORAT G.m.b.H. 26 Sept., 1967, No. 43682/ 67. Heading D1C. Thread guides 1. 5 are mounted on a shaft 6 adapted to be shogged under the dictates of a series of electric coils which thereby selectively position a core 8 secured to the shaft 6 such that one or other of the guides is positioned in alignment with an electromagnet 10 which is operated to project the guide into an operative position. The guide is retained in its operative position by a stop from which it is released when the shaft is again shogged to make a further selection. Specification 10,888,097 is referred to.
