1,186,728. Compositions for reducing platelet adhesiveness. NUTRITION RESEARCH PRODUCTS CO. Inc. 3 May, 1967 [27 March, 1967], No. 20545/67. Heading A5B. Pharmaceutical and veterinary compositions for reducing the platelet adhesiveness of flowing blood comprise linoleic and/or linolenic acid, at least 2% unrefined phosphatide material substantially evenly distributed throughout the composition and one or more additional constituents selected from: vitamin B, vitamin B6, choline, niacin, inositol, lecithin, tannin and vitamin E. They may be administered as a liquid composition, a pill or in admixture with a food composition.
