Abstract

1,163,550. Cycle saddle. TRI-ANG TOYS Ltd. 26 Aug., 1968 [4 Oct., 1967], No. 45149/67. Heading B7E. A cycle saddle, formed as a single integral moulding of a resilient plastics material comprises a top wall 3 tapering in the forward direction into a nose portion 4, a skirt 5 extending downwards from the edge of the top wall all round the top wall, and means on the underside of the top wall for securing the saddle to a vehicle frame, the top wall being provided with a number of substantially parallel slots 12 extending longitudinally of the saddle side by side, and the skirt being provided on each side of the saddle with a slot 14, 15 extending rearwardly to the rear corner of the saddle. A cylindrical member 6 for fitting over the saddle post is formed integrally in the moulding with a web 7, and two further webs 9 and 10. The skirt is also formed with a slot 13, at the rear.
