[Also in Division F4] The subject matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification 1,085,222 but the claims are directed to the provision of a ridge between the curved portions or between one curved portion and a linking portion to cause turbulence and enhance contact between the liquid film and the gas stream. The surfaces of the packing sheets may be dimpled.
