A tie is passed through opening 11 in portion 14 of a blank formed by slits 12, 13 so as to hang behind the blank. A lower portion 8 of the blank is folded forwardly and upwardly along line 8 and the side wings 16, 17 of the portion are folded around behind the blank to be clipped together and encircle the tie and also to form a pocket at the front to hold a matching handkerchief in a transparent pouch.
