Heading B2E [Also in Division C3] A plastic sheet material is provided with a dull finish by applying to the surface of the material a coating of a lacquer comprising a solution of a film-forming material dissolved in a volatile liquid in which are dispersed particles of a linear polyester in the presence of ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate or a mixture thereof. The plastic sheet may be supported by a substrate e.g. fabric or paper.
