Abstract

1,150,124. Retaining cover discs on wheels. V. CRABB. 4 March, 1968 [9 Feb., 1967], No. 6181/67. Heading B7C. A cover disc 2 is retained on a vehicle wheel 1 by magnetic attraction therebetween. As shown, the cover disc may be magnetically retained on the wheel by means of a plastics ring 3 having permanent magnets 4 spaced therearound which fits about the periphery of the disc. The disc may also be retained on the wheel by means of permanent magnets in the wheel.
