A vegetable rack comprises a plurality of trays each having resilient legs 2 which engage in recesses 3 in the tray below and which can be splayed outwardly so that the trays can be nested when not in use. The legs are of right angular or arcuate section and the recesses 3 are of corresponding section. Each tray can be made of metal, laminated wood or polypropylene. The tray surface may be flat or recessed and smooth or meshed.
