[Also in Division A4] A wrapper for elongated articles, e.g. knives, comprises a flexible base 1, 2, 3 to the edge 5 of which are secured superimposed flexible sheets, e.g. 6 ... 10, whereby the articles a . . . f are separated and the base can be rolled up, Fig. 3 (not shown). The base surfaces 1, 2 may be of plastics and the layer 3 of foam material, being heat sealed or stitched together at their periphery. Sheets 6 . . . 10 may be of plastics and may decrease in size by ¢ inch from No. 6 to No. 10. The layer d . . . f of knives can be inverted with respect to a . . . c so that blades overlie handles.
