[Also in Division A4] A tubular towel rail through which hot water may be passed, has a space heater disposed between upright members 1, 2 of the rail, and a control valve 8 which can be selectively positioned to direct hot water through the space heater only, the towel rail only, or through both simultaneously. The space heater comprises a finned copper tube 6 extending between endboxes 25, 26 and disposed between a back-plate 29, having a skirt 30, 31 positioned above tube 6, and a concave front cover-plate 32.
