Grilling-apparatus.-A gridiron consists of a wire frame having one pair of opposite sides D at a higher level than the other pair D', one pair carrying a sheet of wire-gauze and the other a wire frame or grid A to support the article to be grilled. A suitable handle is provided. Two such frames may be hinged together. The apparatus being placed over a gas burner, the gauze sheet becomes incandescent and its heat is imparted to the article on the grid.
