[Also in Division F4] A ventilator comprises a cap 1 covering a duct 2 the cap having flexible strips 4, 5 sliding in a duct 6 of a plastics material pivoted at 10 to opposite sides of the duct. Hand knobs 14, 15 are secured one to each strip 4, 5 whereby one or the other end of the cap can be raised. Alternatively, both ends can be raised simultaneously or the cap can be swung about the axis of the pivots 10.
