Abstract
An explosive for use in explosive bonding has the following compositions:- 5-40% PETN; 3-13% starch; 54-87% ammonium nitrate and 1-3% water. Particular compositions are: (a) 10% PETN; 12% starch; 76% ammonium nitrate and 2% water; (b) 10% PETN; 3% starch; 85% ammonium nitrate and 2% water.
