The system described in Specification 1, 068, 852 is modified by replacing the amplifier having an integral-proportional action by an amplifier 7 with proportional action driving firing device 6 for pulsing the gates of rectifiers R1, R2. An additional filter 11 is connected between detector 5 and amplifier 10.
