A flask to contain a medical product to be administered by injection is formed in one piece from a synthetic plastics material and includes an integral handle 13 by which, in use, the flask may be suspended upside down, the base 12 of the flask being formed with a recess 17 into which the handle can be folded when not in use. The recess 17 is provided with a catch 19 to retain the handle and the recess may extend only around one half of the base of the flask, or, as shown, completely around the base. The recess may be wholly or partly shaped to the configuration of the handle. The material of the flask is thermosterilizable and the flask may be provided with an air-intake recessed into the base 12.
