Military and like transport vans; caravans.-A bath caravan for military use is formed with compartments c for carrying baths o nested one in the other, disinfecting- chambers d, a rear steel-lined compartment i containing a boiler s, drying-closets h at each side of the compartment i, a cold-water tank t fitted with a strainer w and supplied by means of a pump u, and tanks r under the driver's seat containing liquid fuel for the boiler. Doors p are fitted to the compartments d, h, and drop-down doors n to the compartments c. There are also provided a rear door l and a door b' at the front. When the baths are to be used, waterproof sheetings y are drawn down at each side of the vehicle, and end and side sheets are attached to form a tent; the baths are then removed from the vehicle and supplied with hot and cold water by means of valves s<1>, t<1>.
