Abstract

1,085,538. Display boards. WILLIAM TICKLE & SON (FUELS) Ltd. May 20, 1966 [May 24, 1965], No. 21864/65. Heading G5C. In a display board of the kind in which interchangeable display panels 2a, 2b are slid into open-fronted channels which are closed at one end, a closure piece 4 is positioned across the open ends of the channels and has an aperture 14 therein which alignes with an aperture in the display board base for the reception of tamperproof locking means, e.g. a padlock 16. The display board base has fixing holes 17 for securing it to a support 19, the holes being covered by inscribed display panels. Alternatively, alignable apertures 21 in the closure piece and the base may receive a bolt serving both as means for locking the display panels and for fixing the board to a support.
