[Also in Division G4] In a rotary distributer the rotor arm 7 is rigidly mounted and the fixed contacts 17 are resiliently mounted. In a modification, Fig. 4 (not shown), the fixed contacts are rigid and the rotor is resiliently mounted. In another construction, Fig. 5 (not shown), pairs of contacts (24) are mounted on a fixed disc (22) and a single pair of contacts (25) is mounted on a rotating disc so that they slide in succession in electrical contact with the fixed contacts.
