Abstract

[Also in Division H2] A spar erosion electrode 1 is caused to move within the cavity 4 it produces with a circular or elliptical motion imparted by two servomotors controlled by A.C. signals of the same frequency but having a phase difference of 90 degrees. The motion is imparted via lead screws at right angles (not shown).
