Abstract

1,082,668. Ventilators. J. A. WILLEMSE. Dec. 23, 1964, No. 52363/64. Headings F4J and F4V. A ventilator for a concrete roof 1 with a spaced insulated layer 2 comprises an inner tube 5 with flange 10, supported on the layer 2 and projecting through to the cavity 3, this tube having also three upper webs 7 and three lower webs 8, a cap 9 integral with an outer tubular member 6 spaced from the tube 5 by webs 7, 8 and having slots 12. A ring 11 on the tube 5 prevents water being blown up the tube from the roof. The unit is made from polyvinyl chloride.
